Students get direct experience by spending 10 weeks learning meaningful, practical and project-based work in a professional setting.

Select participants of Loomis Sayles’s UWIN and USID programs are invited to apply for the Associate Development Program (ADP) upon graduation. The ADP is a two year rotation program in which participants are hired by the firm to complete a series of multi-month engagements within a variety of departments across the firm. Participants work with mentors and receive additional training and development opportunities.

Vault 2026 Internship Ranks
2026: On October 21, 2025, the Loomis Sayles Undergraduate Summer Internship Development Program was recognized by Vault as one of the best internships for 2026 – ranking 30 in the training & mentoring category, #36 in the quality of assignments category, #42 in the overall career development category, #54 in best internships for women, #73 in the networking opportunities category, and #74 in the real-life experiences category. Vault ranking is based on surveyed current and former interns for the summer of 2023. Respondents were asked to rate their internship experiences in six core areas. Loomis Sayles did not pay a fee to be considered.
