Undergraduate Summer Internship Development Program

Our mission is to offer broad access and exposure to a career path in financial services by creating a candidate pool of first-generation college students and/or those underrepresented in the investment management industry.

About the Program.

For 10 weeks, approximately 20 interns gain direct experience in a professional setting in a variety of departments throughout the company, including investment and non-investment teams. Interns receive industry-specific professional peer development aimed at providing knowledge and tools to advance in a corporate environment.

Summer 2025 Program dates: 2 June – 8 August 2025.

Prerequisites.

The Undergraduate Summer Internship Development Program (USID) is a first-generation college program seeking a diverse range of students who are currently underrepresented in the investment industry. This program seeks undergraduates that are passionate to learn more about the investment management industry and have the following prerequisites:

  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Rising sophomores, juniors and seniors
  • First-generation college students
  • Underrepresented in the investment industry
